About Us

The Siben Consult, LLC (TSC) was re-established in California by Bernie Siben, CPSM, at the end of 2006. Its purpose is to provide high-quality marketing strategy and production assistance to firms working in the planning, design, permitting and construction of the “built environment.” These are mostly architectural, engineering, environmental, surveying and construction management firms of two types:

• small firms with no in-house marketing staff

• larger firms with marketing staff, that have said “yes” to more activities than their present staff can undertake at the required level of quality.

TSC draws on Bernie’s almost 30 years of varied professional experience – including his specific work background in the A/E/C/Environmental arena, his involvement in local and national professional organizations (such as SMPS), his national recognition as a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM), his long-standing career as an actor and cabaret performer, and his commitment to taking on only that work which he can complete at the highest possible level of quality and client satisfaction.

TSC‘s goal is for our interaction to be seamless and enjoyable, producing a product we can both point to with pride.
